Do you ship internationally?

Currently Amari only offers domestic shipping for the US, but hopefully in the future we can ship internationally.

How long is order fulfillment?

The typical processing and fullfillment times we aim to stick to 1-7 business days.

What are the expected shipping times?

The tracking number associated with each order will be the most accurate to the shipping times. But depending of the zone and the shipping type you choose, the shipping can take from 1 week to 3 weeks.

There is something wrong with my order.

Sorry for the mistake!

In the instances there is a defect in an item in the order. Please contact us at support@amari.style with the order number and photos documenting the defect.

From there allow 1-2 business days for the inquiry to process.

Can you help locate my order?

Unfortunately once the package has been passed to the shipping company of your choice it is out of our hands. We recommend calling customer service or the shipping depo in your area to get specific details about your package. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

What is Amari's cancellation policy?

Please contact us at support@amari.style. As long as a order hasn't shipped yet, feel free to reach out to cancel an order. We will be happy to help.

What is Amari's return/exchange policy?

Tried something out and it wasn't as expected? No problem! Amari's window for exchange is 14 days after purchase. We will accept returns if the item is in new condition within the 14 day window. We may ask for photos for return and exchange requests so please be ready to supply those.
